Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Scrubscraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The original order number or proof of purchase is required.
Size Exchange
If the size doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-priced item.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if:

You received the wrong item.

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer support with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

A damaged or defective item was delivered.

The wrong product was shipped and a replacement is unavailable.

Your order was cancelled by Scrubscraft before shipment.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit (where applicable) within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used, washed, or altered products.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Customized or embroidered scrubs.

Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
